Refunds and Exchanges


If you aren't satisfied with one of our products, please return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, you may receive store credit up to 60 days after purchase.

Please keep in mind that many of our products are one-of-a-kind, or are in limited quantities, and may not be available for an even exchange. However, we will issue you a store credit for the amount of the original order, less shipping and gift wrapping charges.

1 - Contact us via phone or email, and have your receipt handy.
2 - We will email you a prepaid shipping label that you can print and place on the box to be dropped off.
3 - Once we receive the item(s) we will refund your credit card, send an exchange item, or issue store credit, as deemed appropriate.
